Vision

We envision a world where every child feels safe, valued, heard, and respected. We want each person to believe that they matter and that it’s important to be true to who they are no matter what anyone else says. The world will be a better place if each individual is accepted and allowed to be themselves, so they can make their own unique impact—whether they make a difference in the life of one person or millions. Each individual's contribution matters, and together, they drive the progress of humanity. You Matter!

Goals

1. 1.We want to film each of our programs and make them available online for individuals, families, and schools. Delivering programs live at schools is rewarding, but it’s time consuming, labor intensive, and not scalable. Online access to our programs will help us reach students everywhere and extend our impact of empowering young people to be resilient, persevere, and remain true to themselves.
2. 2.We want to create more free resource videos that students can find online to bring them support and help them know that they’re not alone in what they’re experiencing. We give our youth volunteers a forum to openly discuss challenges related to being true to yourself under peer pressure and bullying. We need to film, edit, and post these open discussions to build connections and maybe save lives.
3. 3.Related to, and to help us achieve, goals 1 & 2, we'd like to raise funds to purchase some assets: (a) High-quality, portable sound system, including 8+ channel microphones with body pack transmitters, lapel microphones, receiver, sound mixer, 2+ speakers. (b) Laptop (Windows OS) that’s built for video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro. Specs: 64GB RAM; CPU Intel Core i7; GPU Nvidia GeForce GTX.
