Mission

Natural Resources, a San Francisco Legacy Business and 501(c)3 non-profit organization, provides critical perinatal and early parenting education and support. Natural Resources is located at 1051 Valencia, and we are a proudly BIPOC and women-operated organization with deep roots in the Mission.

Vision

Our work is rooted in the belief that education and support for families at a critical time in their lives leads to better outcomes for families and thus a brighter and more just future.

Goals

1.Provide birth, lactation, + early parenting classes to thousands of families per year so they are prepared during the greatest transition of their lives.
2.Continued workforce development in the form of Doula training and certification because doulas are proven to improve birth and postpartum outcomes for new families.
3.Offer scholarships, assistances and donation programs so that families who need financial support and essential items get what they need.
