Mission

To enable people to create meaningful change in their lives and their careers. We do this by inspiring, teaching and supporting social venture founders and their teams. We help them to discover and leverage their passion and purpose, resulting in enduring impact that moves the world to a better place.

Vision

To reach 100 Million people within the next decade through media outreach and thought leadership, certify 100,000 Social Entrepreneurs, and help launch/support 10,000 4P Social Enterprises positively impacting people, profit, planet and place.

Goals

1.GCSEN empowers individuals to create sustainable social impact through entrepreneurship. We provide education, resources, and support to aspiring social entrepreneurs, helping them build mission-driven enterprises. Our programs expand access to tools and knowledge, fostering innovation and positive change in communities worldwide.
2.Building the organization's capacity is crucial for sustaining and scaling their impact. Strengthening financial, managerial, and technical resources ensures that GCSEN can continue to support social entrepreneurs effectively and expand its reach over time.
3.This goal reflects the importance of staying responsive and adaptable to the evolving needs of the communities GCSEN serves. By developing new global programs, GCSEN can ensure that its offerings remain relevant and impactful in addressing emerging social and environmental challenges.
