Mission

Birthright AFRICA collaborates with partners to empower youth and young adults of African descent ages 13 - 30 with immersive travel experiences that explore cultural roots and legacy of innovation in the diaspora and culminate with a free life-changing trip to Africa. Through heritage-based leadership development, we instill pride, enhance confidence, and spark the creativity of Birthright Scholars to fulfill their leadership and entrepreneurial aspirations.

Vision

A transformed young African diaspora inspired by its great legacy and limitless future - becoming the next generation of global leaders and entrepreneurs that are proud, confident , and connected to the African continent.

Goals

1.We've expanded our Program Team to outreach to new and existing Education Partners (High Schools, Colleges, and CBOs) as we build the ecosystem leveraging the Birthright Program Model driving heritage-based leadership development. We now have an Earned Revenue model of 3 different Tier Levels of Support establishing partner fees for our capacity & expertise to operate sustainably.
2.By increasing the Program Team capacity and conducting a Top 5 Stakeholders Engagement Analysis through our Marketing Board Committee, we have strategies with Partners and Networks in Education, Philanthropy, and Culture to scale and grow the Birthright AFRICA ecosystem. Add'l Partners increases opportunities for 27K+ registered Birthright Scholars to access programs that transform their lives.
3.We are building out Birthright AFRICA Family Trips to meet the needs of Parents who want to travel with children to a nation in Africa and need support.
