Mission

Nebraska Diaper Bank provides diapers through collaborative partnerships to change lives and empower families in need.

A heartland without diaper need, where families thrive and all babies are happy, healthy, and safe.

1.Our goal is to create a 3 year employee retention and staffing plan and a 3 year board recruitment plan to ensure ongoing excellence in culture and talent as we experience growth.
2.Our goal is to expand our success by increasing partnerships, thereby increasing diaper distribution, to serve at least 1 child from each Nebraska county. A second goal is to support this expanded distribution through a second warehouse/office.
3.Our goal is to evaluate and expand our community partnership strategy to increase awareness and support of our mission. A second goal is to increase advocacy efforts with the state and federal government to secure government funding to support program expansion.
