What has gotten in the way of your oganization pursuing this investment?
Ours is a very small grass-roots organization, founded by my husband and myself, to improve the habitat for the homeless animals at our local animal shelter. To be frank, investing time in things like “leadership development” would negatively impact the time we can afford to spend on our mission.
