Goals

1. 1.Mother of Mercy House will expand access to its existing programs by developing sustainable funding through foundation and institutional grants. By strengthening our capacity to identify, apply for, and manage grant opportunities, we will secure resources to increase program availability, provide more food and essential supplies, and serve more neighbors in need.
2. 2.Mother of Mercy House is strengthening its organizational capacity by building a full staff team and working toward purchasing our building. Securing permanent space will ensure long-term stability for our programs and allow us to continue serving the community for years to come while expanding our ability to meet growing needs.
3. 3.Mother of Mercy House is committed to advocating for the dignity and well-being of our neighbors by raising awareness of community needs, building relationships with local partners, and encouraging civic engagement. Through advocacy and education, we work to ensure that the voices of those we serve are heard and valued.
