Goals

1. 1.Grow, expand, and scale existing programs by strengthening partnerships, enhancing data-driven case management, increasing funding and staffing capacity, and expanding service locations. These efforts will increase access to workforce training, employment placement, housing support, and wraparound services, ensuring sustainable, measurable impact for more Veterans and their families.
2. 2.Develop new programs by analyzing participant data, community feedback, and service gaps. We will pilot responsive initiatives, build strategic partnerships, and adapt service models to address emerging needs in workforce, housing stability, wellness, and family support within the communities we serve.
3. 3.Strengthen focus on core programs by evaluating outcomes, impact, and alignment with mission. Prioritize high-performing services, reallocate resources from non-core activities, and streamline operations to maximize effectiveness, sustainability, and measurable impact for Veterans and families.
