Contentment Foundation

Mission

The Contentment Foundation is a global nonprofit dedicated to transforming lives through evidence-based mental health & wellbeing practices. We envision a world where everyone has access to evidence-based, Tier 1 mental health tools that cultivate life-long wellness, safety, connection, and contentment. We believe that mental wellness is a universal human right and that every child deserves to learn sustainable wellbeing practices at an early age. We believe that weaving these practices into the fabric of school communities will build a healthier, safer world.
