Vision

Founded in October of 2015, the Char Hope Foundation is focused on being the first recovery support group within the agricultural community in Maryland. We are dedicated to helping adults, who are facing the challenges of substance abuse, to move toward a long term recovery, while learning life skills, and creating a family like community to give added support.

Goals

1. 1.Char Hope Foundation is committed to expanding access to our transformative programs by scaling our equine-assisted learning and reintegration support services. Through enhanced outreach, increased capacity, and partnerships, we aim to break down barriers and empower more women & men in recovery with the tools, community, and opportunities needed to rebuild their lives and thrive.
2. 2.We have observed that when someone of residents relapse after graduation that they need more options to try to grow, so we are working to implement two new tracs Fastrack Program and Rerooting Program.
3. 3.We are working on learning and going after grant that can help us learn and help with financial side of the operation
