Mission

We co-create youth programs that energize kids to love learning, play wildly, and believe in the power of their unique talents.

We envision a world filled with: Imaginative, confident young people who believe in their unique talents, intelligence and unlimited possibility.

1.Build organizational capacity to sustain existing programs and achieve the initiatives outlined in the Strategic Plan.
2.Ensure our model programs exhibit best practices and documented procedures that can be replicated by others.
3.Work with our network partners to develop new solutions to student and staff recruitment, retention and development.
