THE NATIONAL COALITION FOR HOSPICE AND PALLIATIVE CARE WORKS TO IMPROVE THE CARE OF PEOPLE WITH SERIOUS OR LIFE-LIMITING ILLNESSES BY CONVENING THE FIELD, ADVOCATING FOR EQUITABLE POLICIES AND IMPROVED HEALTH OUTCOMES, ESTABLISHING BEST PRACTICIES, AND SHARING RESOURCES. WE ENVISION A WORLD WHERE ALL PATIENTS, FAMILIES AND CAREGIVERS HAVE EQUITABLE ACCESS TO QUALITY HOSPICE AND PALLIATIVE CARE.
