Goals

1. 1.Execute a consultant-endorsed fundraising plan to support the annual budget by implementing targeted strategies: cultivating major donors across defined giving levels, online campaigns, events, and a fundraising committee, with coordinated efforts focused in both the United States and Honduras.
2. 2.Implement strategies to secure commitments from visitors through service groups, vision trips, and internships, enabling participants to engage with our mission and vision firsthand and identify meaningful ways to invest in our work.
3. 3.Promote a Wellness-Oriented Workplace where staff feel motivated, supported, and valued by implementing professional development tools and conducting regular internal organizational reviews to enhance employee well-being.
