DORA WILL RESPONSIBLY OVERSEE THE CONDUCT OF CANCER RESEARCH TRIALS AND SUPERVISE APPROPRIATE MANAGEMENT OF FUNDS FROM INDUSTRY SPONSORS OF RESEARCH TRIALS OR FROM PHILANTHROPIC DONATIONS TO SUPPORT LOCAL CANCER RESEARCH.
