NHRI IS A LEADERSHIP MENTORING PROGRAM AT THE UNIVERSITY OF NEBRASKA WHERE COLLEGE STUDENT LEADERS ARE PAIRED WITH K - 12 STUDENT LEADERS IN ONE-ON-ONE INVESTMENT RELATIONSHIPS. THE ULTIMATE INTENTION IS TO DEVELOP THE NEXT GENERATION OF LEADERS USING POSITIVE PSYCHOLOGY AND DIRECT THEIR LEADERSHIP TOWARD POSITIVE REINVESTMENT IN OTHERS.
