The nonprofit organization presents evidence of strategic thinking and goal setting through sharing their most important strategic goals.
Goal One: Expand programs at Adult Day, Immigration Services, Cana Counseling, Harbor House, and St. Anthony; redefine Southeast Kansas services and rebrand homeless programs; and build a trauma-informed care continuum with case management standards, a trauma framework, and a formal interagency referral process.
Goal Two: Align programs with mission and funding realities; ensure veteran services match grants; set growth for Adult Day Services; meet community needs through Cana Counseling; reduce duplication and non-core work via communities of practice; and formalize standards to define what core services look like in practice.
Goal Three: Become an employer of choice through strategic hiring, onboarding, learning, feedback, recognition, flexible work, clear goals, and well-being supports, while modernizing technology and operations with tools for all ministries, paperless processes, a master maintenance plan, and fleet management.
