1. 1.Reduce our Pediatric Therapy waiting list so children are in services sooner during formulative years.
2. 2.Enhance our Job Training and Placement Program for adults with disabilities by building business partnerships in the community to support successful job placement. Also adding additional Dialogue Coffee House locations (currently have 6) to offer more job opportunities for adults with ID/D in a safe, barrier breaking community environment.
3. 3.Build a stronger endowment program for future stability while addressing the budget gap of providing services. As we celebrate 105 years of service, we want to position ourselves for the next 100 years. Explore possible mergers and acquisitions of like-minded organizations to expand our geographic reach and serve more individuals with disabilities with our high-quality programs and services.
