Vision

Northeast Kansas Animal Welfare Foundation will accomplish its mission by helping animal welfare organizations maximize their lifesaving potential to end the pet overpopulation crisis. We will do this by partnering with donors to respond to the needs of shelters, rescues, and other companion pet animal nonprofits and issues.

Goals

1. 1.Expand Statewide: We're committed to expanding because the investments we make are making an impact and we believe that we can alleviate the burdens of the pet overpopulation crisis statewide.
2. 2.Advocacy: We are committed to using our platform and leveraging our community to ensure companion pet animals have a voice in local, regional, and statewide policy making.
3. 3.Awarding Grants: Our recent round of grant funding has reinforced our commitment to make grant funds available to address the needs of animal welfare organizations.
