LAKEVIEW VILLAGE, INC. IS THE SPONSOR AND THE PROJECT MANAGER. THE HOME PROVIDES ACTIVITIES TO ASSIST IN MAINTAINING THE RESIDENTS' MENTAL AND PHYSICAL WELL BEING.
