Vision

By fulfilling its mission, Teen and Family Services aims to create a future where recovery is not just possible but expected - where teens and families experience stability, belonging, and the confidence to shape lives defined by strength rather than struggle.

Goals

1. 1.Teen and Family Services will increase the number of foster care youth served by 50–70 percent over the next three years, strengthening access to recovery support, family stabilization, and long term wellbeing for young people navigating the child welfare system.
2. 2.Teen and Family Services will expand access to recovery focused support for youth across the community by increasing outreach, reducing barriers to entry, and strengthening partnerships with schools, child serving agencies, and neighborhood organizations—ensuring that significantly more young people can engage in timely, developmentally appropriate care.
3. 3.Teen and Family Services will expand both formal and informal partnerships with public and charter schools to increase students’ access to behavioral health support during the school day, engaging a growing network of campuses each year and embedding services that allow more youth to receive timely, developmentally appropriate care where they already learn.
