Goals

1. 1.Increase the awareness of Hagley as a center for the history of innovation and invention by 1) positioning Hagley as a place of innovation; 2) enhancing the visitor and researcher experience; 3) building upon a Natural Hagley identity; and 4) broadening the outreach of our collections.
2. 2.Be a responsible steward of our cultural, human, and environmental resources by 1) expanding staff development and training, with a special focus on Diversity and Inclusion; 2) expanding security measures; 3) making an ever-expanding number of resources available online; 4) reducing our carbon footprint; and 5) recruiting, training and stewarding volunteers.
3. 3.Strengthen and expand existing revenue streams while also developing new sources of support by: 1) growing a major gifts program; 2) expanding the membership and rental programs; and 3) leveraging collections to generate new programs and revenue.
