Be a premier worldwide source of hand-on and virtual training, collaboration, and communication for countering improvised explosive devices and explosive threats to bomb technicians, investigators, and canine teams.

Goals

1. 1.We seek to refocus efforts on the most critical programs impacting international counter-IED response agencies reaching the broadest range of end-users. We will restart delivery of on-line training webinars and podcasts to reach to broadest possible audience while continuing to hold beeping egg production, chapter, regional, and the International Tracining conferences annually.
2. 2.We are expanding our use of social media platforms to connect with additional users worlwide and make them aware of the training IABTI provides. We are further modernizing our information technology and methods to more regularly reach end-users with training content and targeted communications.
3. 3.We are expanding our internal capabilities for planning and tracking our financial, programatic, and technical tasks across the organization by upgrading information technology, reducing redundancies, and improving transparancy in all aspects of association management.
