Vision

TLC’s vision is to foster an integrated community where everyone from the people we serve, to our staff, and the community in which we live, can thrive and express themselves fully through the arts.

Goals

1. 1.Building on the success of the Creative Arts Program and our commitment to community integration, our upcoming Children’s Program will provide children of all abilities from ages 5 to 17 with access to our facilities, instructors, and activities, as well as the opportunity to work, learn, and play alongside our day and residential participants.
2. 2.Our goal is for the Creative Arts Program participants to be exposed to the full spectrum of creative arts opportunities and that they experience the joy of creating art whether individually or in small groups.
3. 3.At TLC, we embrace the Person-Centered Process. By focusing on the individual and what is Important To and For them, we are able to assist them in living a life of their choosing. We are able to help foster and maintain the relationships in their life that bring them joy and love. We are able to guide them in working through the challenges of life and living in a community with dignity and respect
