Mission

TLC’s mission is to advocate, care for, honor, uplift and celebrate individuals with multiple disabilities, so that they may reach their fullest potential. We seek to create the greatest possible positive impact on everyone who touches TLC.

Vision

TLC’s vision is to foster an integrated community where everyone from the people we serve, to our staff, and the community in which we live, can thrive and express themselves fully through the arts.

Goals
