Mission

McColl Center for Art + Innovation is a nationally acclaimed artist residency and contemporary art space in Charlotte, North Carolina. Our building houses individual artist studios, more than 5,000 square feet of exhibition space, and multiple common-use spaces, including a studio for large-scale sculpture fabrication. <br><br>Mission: We champion contemporary artists and spark creative experiences for positive community impact.<br><br>Vision: We envision a community where contemporary artists and an engaged public enhance their creative capacity through relevant, diverse, and accessible experiences.

1.Expand our youth programs to include six to eight practice-based workshops. These workshops have been identified as a need by parents and students and is a natural extension of our summer programs.
2.Expand our offerings to studio artists and grow the program with new subsidized spaces.
3.Develop a comprehensive assessment of the physical facility, with a focus on planning, budgeting, and environmental mechanical systems.
