Vision

We envision a world free of stigma and discrimination against mental health conditions where all people get the help, hope, and support that they need.

Goals

1. 1.COMMUNICATE: Effective communication is key to building stronger connections with the community we serve. By enhancing engagement on social media, maintaining consistent and reliable program scheduling, and improving communication with volunteers and donors, we aim to ensure everyone feels informed, valued, and connected to our mission.
2. 2.DIVERSIFY: We are committed to ensuring mental health support is accessible and equitable for all members of our diverse community. Included in our work will be targeted outreach to the Latinx and Black communities, fostering and advocating for health equity, tailored peer services, and coalition building.
3. 3.To sustain and grow our impact, resource development has been identified as a key goal for 2025. By making it easier to support us, diversifying funding streams, and increasing funds raised to enhance our financial stability. These efforts will enable us to expand our staff, secure new office space, and continue delivering critical mental health programs and services to our community.
