Mission

To advance education and livelihood skills, especially for girls and women, in remote and mountainous regions of Afghanistan, Pakistan, and Tajikistan.

Vision

We envision a world in which women and girls have the education and skills to unlock their full potential and contribute to a better, brighter future for themselves and their families, communities, and countries.

Goals

1.CAI refines program goals, objectives, and activities to maximize mission impact through strengthened monitoring and evaluation of evidence-based data; through enhanced data collection and oversight of overseas partners, CAI improves accountability and transparency.
2.CAI increases contributions year-over-year by implementing a multi-year fundraising and marketing plan; CAI’s Board is empowered to enhance its roles and responsibilities with respect to fundraising.
3.CAI's organizational narrative instills trust and confidence, increases engagement, inspires new relationships, and creates more opportunities for CAI to grow its mission impact; CAI continues to increase awareness and strengthen understanding of its activities and impact among key constituent groups and supporters.
