An additional $5.4M in mortgages were closed through DARE Partners, highlighting strong lending partnerships. First-time homebuyers received $2M in downpayment assistance, with 44% qualifying as low- to moderate-income households. Through 1,019 housing counseling hours and $180,683 in CDFI small-dollar loans, clients strengthened financial stability. Despite market challenges, 34 families achieved homeownership and 532 individuals completed homebuyer education.
