Our vision is that Helping Up Mission and Baltimore would be known as a place of recovery and transformation, rather than addiction and despair.

Goals

1. 1.Develop a Seamless Continuity of Care Model at HUM Focus: Transformation within HUM Create a seamless, integrated care model that allows individuals to receive uninterrupted services, from partnerships for crisis stabilization programs to assistance with housing navigation and recovery support after graduation.
2. 2.Develop & Strengthen Our Programs & Support for Our Alumni Community Focus: Transformation after HUM Continue to build the programs and accountability that HUM offers its Life Prep & graduate clients while also formally creating a vibrant & active alumni community that will support & connect our men and women to each other & HUM’s resources once they move into their new lives away from HUM.
3. 3.Replicate and Share HUM’s Model with Other Organizations Who Are Also Seeking to Support Those Struggling with Addiction and Poverty. Focus: Transformation beyond HUM Amplify HUM’s long-term impact through the replication of its recovery model at other Missions that are in other geographic areas.
