United Way inspires collaboration to impact community improvement. To do this, we function as a rallying point for attracting and fostering leadership to advance collective action.

Vision

We aspire for a community of citizens who LIVE UNITED by giving, advocating, and volunteering for the most vulnerable in their community.

Goals

1.Ride United Expansion. Transportation is a top issue impacting our ALICE individuals in Washington County. Our goal is a successful program activation and expansion of many more rides in 2025.
2.Grow SERVE - Our local human services collaborative: Strengthening Every Resource's Vision Equitable. SERVE focuses on collaboration and communication to grow our impact while saving resources.
3.Increase Urgent Needs and Disaster Response. Increase monthly funding for urgent needs, disaster response, and emergency food and shelter assistance programs.
