1.Supporting Today’s Conservationists & Giving an Equitable Leg Up to Incoming Conservationists: Our research shows that we had a significant impact on the percentage of CN Network conservationists from underrepresented groups who felt supported and more likely to stay in the field; and that our work with emerging conservationists showed our support was a significant factor in entering the field.
2.Inspiring the Next Generation of Conservationists: Students from underserved communities who participated in the Conservation Nation Academy reported a significant uptick in their interest in conservation, having a role model in conservation, and confidence as a ‘wildlife champion’.
3.Strengthening the Organization: Because of financial oversight, fundraising success, and strong partnerships, CN is secured as a successful, impactful conservation and equity organization.
