Mission

Founded in 1974, Sasha Bruce is committed to ending youth homelessness in the Great Washington Region by improving the lives of over runaway and homeless youth and their families. Through its 24 housing, community, and education programs, Sasha Bruce serves over 15,000 individuals in the District of Columbia and Prince George's County, MD.

1.Lead the Field by Demonstrating Impact. Enhance existing protocols for measuring & monitoring program outcomes over time and establish Sasha Bruce as a leader in the field of evidence-based services.
2.Optimizing Service Delivery-developing a continuous quality improvement protocol for all programs & initiatives. Investigate the viability of developing a community “HUB," position for future growth.
3.Organizational Effectiveness. Ensure long-range leadership succession plans are in place, continue implementing best practices in management/programming, ensure funding adequately supports programs.
