Womens Ordination Conference Incorporated

Mission

OUR MISSION IS TO ADVOCATE AND PRAY FOR WOMENS ORDINATION AS DEACONS, PRIESTS, AND BISHOPS INTO AN INCLUSIVE AND ACCOUNTABLE ROMAN CATHOLIC CHURCH.

Vision

The collective vision of WOC is a Roman Catholic Church that affirms women’s gifts, responds by calling them to ministry and ordination, openly and actively supports women’s voices, and reflects the example of Jesus – welcoming all to the table. We recognize and value all ministries that meet the spiritual needs of the People of God. We celebrate our diversity of gender, race, ethnicity, sexuality, language and symbol in our church community.

Goals

1.GOAL 1A: Expand outreach efforts to Catholics under 40 GOAL 1B: Strengthen and increase grassroots activities GOAL 1D: Further establish WOC as a global leader in the intersectional feminist movement
2.Utilize the 50th celebration as an opportunity to honor WOC's legacy and empower the future
3.GOAL 2A: Increase capacity to fulfill the work of WOC's mission GOAL 2C: Strengthen the WOC business model for continued financial stability GOAL 3A: Increase individual giving and donor retention
