Mission

The US-Asia Institute was established in 1979 to connect, engage, and build understanding and facilitate conversations between the people and governments of the United States and Asia. USAI is a nonpartisan, non-advocacy organization with no policy agenda and are unparalleled in our depth of engagement with members of Congress and staff, the diplomatic community, and regional, state and local officials. USAI prides itself on educating tomorrow's leaders through innovative hands-on programming at all levels.
