Vision

At Genesee Valley Outdoor Learning Center, our vision is to be a trailblazer in the realm of experiential education, cultivating a dynamic environment where transformative learning experiences are the cornerstone of personal and collective growth. We envision a world where individuals of all ages and backgrounds are not merely participants in education but active architects of their own development. In our vision, the great outdoors becomes a boundless classroom, fostering a deep sense of connection to the natural world. We see a community where every person, regardless of their starting point, is empowered to explore, discover, and unleash their full potential. Our commitment to quality learning experiences extends beyond traditional boundaries, embracing diversity, equity, and inclusion as integral components of our educational fabric.

Goals

1. 1.To systematically collect and analyze participant feedback to gain valuable insights that inform program improvements, drive innovation, and ensure the continued growth and effectiveness of our programs in meeting the needs of our target population.
2. 2.To increase revenue through a targeted capital campaign aimed at constructing a new building, which will expand our programming capacity and enable us to welcome an additional 15,000 participants annually, fostering growth and enhancing our community impact.
3. 3.To actively engage the community by showcasing Genesee Valley's programs and initiatives, fostering greater awareness, involvement, and support through outreach events, partnerships, and effective communication strategies.
