Vision

We strive for a world where differences stimulate social progress rather than precipitate violence, and where respect for and cooperation with those we disagree with is considered the norm for individuals, communities, organizations, and nations.

Goals

1. 1.Mobilize 1 million leaders to embrace and promote a collaborative model of leadership. Leaders are defined as people who have influence in their communities, country, or globally. We are equipping leaders to work across lines of identity and ideology, shifting how societies respond to conflict and setting a new norm for how change is led.
2. 2.Expand the power of 40 million people to influence decisions which affect them. We mobilize collaborative action yielding practical, community-driven solutions. Multipartial teams bring together unlikely coalitions across dividing lines, address the root causes of conflict, and drive systemic, lasting change.
3. 3.Improve the safety and dignity of 200 million people across the world. Impact is measured by our Peace Impact Framework, which reflects people's lived experience of conflict, dignity and safety. We go beyond direct violence, capturing the often overlooked vital signs of healthy societies that are essential for creating lasting change: violence, polarization, agency, legitimacy, and investments.
