Mission

Since 1983, Richcroft, Inc., a private not-for-profit corporation has been providing community living opportunities, education and support services to men and women with intellectual and other developmental disabilities in Howard, Harford, Baltimore and Carroll Counties with a focus on individual choice, control and satisfaction that will assist them in living full and productive lives thru supported living, respite care and family/individual support services.
