Mission

We believe families facing lifelong medical needs shouldn't suffer even more from financial hardship. We exist to bring hope by providing our expertise in times of need. As a national nonprofit, we support community-based fundraising for people with unmet medical expenses and related costs due to cell and organ transplants or catastrophic injuries and illnesses. Since 1983, campaigns organized by Help Hope Live have raised more than $165 million, helping thousands of families access the care and equipment they need to heal, live, and thrive.

Goals

1.Enhance referral relationships with medical centers and vendors to connect with more patients and families in need of trusted medical fundraising support, aiming for a 10% increase in new campaigns and improving access to essential care and equipment. Activate client Ambassadors to enhance awareness and generate client referrals within their patient communities.
2.Expand our “Hope Talk" webinars (a series featuring expert panelists) to educate the public about medical fundraising and health care expenses, while also highlighting issues the affect our community.
3.Continue to invest in and improve our IT infrastructure to enhance the tools available for clients and staff, ensuring fundraising success and streamlining the payment of medical expenses.
