COMMUNITY FOR YOUTH INSPIRES AND SUPPORTS STUDENTS TO BE THEIR BEST SELVES THROUGH MENTORING, LEARNING EXPERIENCES, AND A POWERFUL COMMUNITY.

Goals

1.Maintain and grow our partnerships in the community, including corporate, school and community partnerships by creating and implementing a model to cultivate and sustain meaningful partnerships.
2.Diversify and grow our funding opportunities and incorporate community-centered fundraising practices with new strategies in communication and cultivation of our network.
3.Scale to serve more students in our programs, with a target of 100 matches annually by 2027. As part of this process, we will work to decrease the cost per student AND maintain our program effectiveness through streamlined and effective data management and match support.
