Goals

1. 1.Diversify surplus rescue partnerships and plan growth of procurement for key materials needed to improve health. Expand Global Links presence regionally and nationally by raising brand awareness to expand current programs.
2. 2.Prepare multiple team members for cross-departmental responsibilities through succession planning at all levels of the organization. Continue to expand and deepen board engagement focused on the capabilities, relationships, and knowledge needed to strengthen the organization and support the Executive Director.
3. 3.Increase outreach and marketing strategy to build visibility around Global Links services, engagement opportunities, resources and impact. Develop plan for phased improvement to optimize operational efficiency, energy usage, accessibility and utilization of our space.
