The nonprofit organization presents evidence of strategic thinking and goal setting through sharing their most important strategic goals.
Goal One: TO HAVE A CARSON SCHOLAR IN EVERY SCHOOL IN THE COUNTRY. ONLY ONE QUALIFIED SCHOLAR IS SELECTED PER SCHOOL PER YEAR. THE SCHOLAR SERVES AS A ROLE MODEL FOR PEERS AND WITHIN THE COMMUNITY.
Goal Type: Grow, expand, scale or increase access to the existing programs and services.
Goal Two: IN 2023 THE CSF AWARDED ITS 11,000TH SCHOLARSHIP. WHILE THE CORE VALUES BEHIND THE SCHOLARSHIP ARE FUNDAMENTAL, FUNDING ALLOWS THE OPPORTUNITY TO REACH A GREATER NUMBER OF QUALIFIED APPLICANTS.
Goal Type: Invest in the capacity of our organization (financial, management, technical, etc.).
Goal Three: THERE ARE 271 ESTABLISHED ROOMS IN THE COUNTRY. THE CSF ASPIRES TO CONTINUE TO GROW THE PROGRAM TO PROVIDE ALL CHILDREN AN OPPORTUNITY TO HAVE THE RESOURCES AND AN ENVIRONMENT TO READ FOR PLEASURE.
Goal Type: This goal reflects our commitment to further our advocacy work for our organization and or cause area.
