Vision

We envision an equitable community where all young people become their best selves.

Goals

1. 1.Recruit 20 Scholars within the first year (9th-12th); 32 by year two (eight students per grade level on average)
2. 2.Retain, recruit, and match 125 (1-1) mentor pairs within the first year; 150 by year two; 200 by year three. Staff will work alongside the ED in developing a more comprehensive Recruitment strategy.
3. 3.Develop an inclusive Pathways program allowing us to reach more kids who need extra support and encouragement to pursue a range of dreams and goals
