MATCH CHILDREN IN TALBOT COUNTY WITH VOLUNTEER MENTORS IN ORDER TO SUPPORT THOSE YOUNG PEOPLE IN THE CHALLENGES AND OPPORTUNITIES OF ADOLESCENTS THROUGH FRIENDSHIP,

Vision

We envision an equitable community where all young people become their best selves.

Goals

1.Recruit 20 Scholars within the first year (9th-12th); 32 by year two (eight students per grade level on average)
2.Retain, recruit, and match 125 (1-1) mentor pairs within the first year; 150 by year two; 200 by year three. Staff will work alongside the ED in developing a more comprehensive Recruitment strategy.
3.Develop an inclusive Pathways program allowing us to reach more kids who need extra support and encouragement to pursue a range of dreams and goals
