Vision

Our vision is that all immigrants have access to the education and support they need to achieve their goals.

Goals

1. 1.WEC's students are at the center of all that we do. In response to the recent tremendous growth of our student population, we are more dedicated than ever to continuing to provide the same high-impact, low-cost English instruction and workforce programs we have offered for over three decades.
2. 2.WEC's leaders can only advance our work through an investment in strengthening our core financial model. This is accomplished through increased partnerships with foundations, private corporations, and other key partners within our community. Investing in WEC's capacity will allow us to increase the number of scholarships offered and immigrants served, year over year.
3. 3.A key focus over the year to come is the continued expansion of WEC's workforce development programs. This will be accomplished through ongoing partnerships with 40+ organizations in our community, as well as by launching a career and job board for students looking for work in the region.
