    Our VISION is to encourage, support and sustain educational excellence for students in Chesterfield County, VA. Our MISSION is to carry on the legacy and spirit of our namesake, Martha Mason Hill, by giving college scholarships to current year high school graduating students, and to conduct outreach projects that help pre-K through undergraduate college students succeed academically. On the elementary level, our outreach efforts focus on helping pre-K - 8th grade schools with high percentages of students from low income families (families that qualify for the free lunch program in Title One schools).
