Vision

The vision of the Youth Sports Alliance is to provide life-changing access to sport for the next generation.

Goals

1. 1.Our growth strategy centers on expanding programs into new communities, removing barriers to participation by investing in scholarships and transportation, and offering diverse activities. These steps will make active, screen-free afterschool programs accessible to every child who wants to participate.
2. 2.YSA will continue to diversify revenue streams while growing our endowments and reserves; supporting professional development and expanding our volunteer base; and investing in technology to improve efficiency in program registration and communications while expanding partnerships in the community to leverage resources and extend our reach.
3. 3.We stay true to our core mission by focusing on programs that have proven impact and scaling back on activities outside that scope. YSA continually assesses new ideas against our mission, ensuring resources strengthen our core afterschool model and expand access where it matters most.
