A world in which every pet has a home where it is well cared for, and in which all pet owners have the support they need to provide their pets with loving care for the entirety of their lives.

1.Rescue and place more homeless cats and dogs
2.Address the root causes of animal homelessness
3.Educate the public about the tenets of responsible pet care and the importance of animal welfare.
