Goals

1.Scale and grow legacy services (Living Options & Services, Day Services, Workforce Development, Self-Directed Services) across the region with a specific focus on the Eastern Shore.
2.Further strengthen The Arc and its subsidiaries’ financial positions to support growth. Ensure a strong cash position to foster growth and scalability of The Arc’s mission. Grow traditional and non-traditional fundraising to support The Arc and its subsidiaries’ missions.
