TO HELP TROUBLED CHILDREN AND YOUTH WHO ARE ABUSED, NEGLECTED OR RUNAWAYS, BECOME INDEPENDENT PRODUCTIVE ADULTS. TO FULFILL THIS MISSION, HHY PROVIDES A BROAD SPECTRUM OF EDUCATIONAL, RESIDENTIAL, INDEPENDENT LIVING AND MENTAL HEALTH PROGRAMS TO A CULTURALLY DIVERSE CLIENT POPULATION.
