Goals

1. 1.Save and improve lives worldwide: Expand access to essential health services for 5.5M people a year by 2030; train 40K+ health workers annually; strengthen health facilities to meet national/WHO standards; improve data use to enhance services and for better planning and decision-making; and grow U.S. public health programs to improve outcomes.
2. 2.Increase Financial Growth & Stability: Reach $200M in annual cash revenue to enable increased reach and impact by 2030. Expand revenue streams and donors by growing to $100M in institutional grants and $100M from individuals, corporations, and foundations. Diversify donor base for restricted and unrestricted funding through high ROI fundraising. Maintain min. 12 months of operating expenses.
3. 3.Be recognized as an NGO partner of choice by local and international partners, donors and the public. Influence and shape U.S., local and international policy-making to improve humanitarian aid and health access globally. Leverage our impact and program successes by creating and socializing impact reports and capability statements.
