Goal One: Hopkins House plans to expand its Preschool Academy network to serve more children ages 6 weeks–5 years, especially from low-income families, by opening new sites, growing scholarships, and partnering with housing, employer, and education agencies. These efforts will increase access, affordability, and school readiness across Northern Virginia.
Goal Two: Hopkins House will design new programs that address emerging developmental, social, and financial needs by expanding family support services, strengthening early learning and workforce pathways, and partnering with community agencies to promote child wellbeing and family economic stability across Northern Virginia.
Goal Three: Hopkins House will strengthen capacity by leveraging its financial, management, and technical resources to improve systems, expand staff training, modernize technology, enhance fundraising, and ensure long-term sustainability in delivering high-quality early education and family support services.
