Mission

THE PATRICK HENRY MEMORIAL FOUNDATION POSSESSES THE LARGEST COLLECTION OF PATRICK HENRY ARTIFACTS AND MEMORABILIA IN THE NATION. THE PURPOSE OF THIS COLLECTION IS TO AID IN EDUCATING THE PUBLIC ABOUT THE LIFE, TIMES, PHILOSOPHY, AND CONTRIBUTIONS TO POSTERITY OF PATRICK HENRY.

Vision

Red Hill inspires a more inclusive and notable interest in American history through the story of Patrick Henry’s legacy, his family, and the lives of the native, enslaved, and free populations who lived there.

Goals

1.Members with resources, skills, & experience. A governance committee to review bylaws, committee structure, & develop a contingency plan for leadership vacancies.
2.Increase public awareness through local engagement & regional partnerships. Increase outreach to schools. Enhance the longtime support of the volunteer corps.
3.Share an accurate story of the enslaved community at Red Hill. Develop a comprehensive site security plan. Explore accessibility options.
